Exploring a Practical Theology of Stress
With an emphasis on practical application, this series of presentations and discussions will consider several questions including, “What is stress and where does it come from?” - “As a follower of Jesus, how stressed should I be If God is in control and my eternity is sealed, why am I still so stressed)?” - “How does my faith help me deal with stressors more effectively?” – “How do I follow Jesus faithfully and manage stress more effectively?”
Facilitated by Jeff Ashby, Professor of Counseling Psychology and Co-Director of the Matheny Center for the Study of Stress, Trauma, and Resilience – Georgia State University
