Engaging Together in Emotional Health

In the Spring, Pastor Mike St. Denis lead 20 people through the Emotionally Healthy Relationships curriculum. They spent 8 weeks together intentionally applying the Gospel deeply to their relationships with God, themselves, and others.

Emotionally Healthy Relationships Course

1 6 Adults and 4 Youth Participated in the Emotionally Healthy Relationships course.

Through the Emotionally Healthy Relationship course, I’m hoping to gain a better understanding of how to improve and maintain relationships that are supportive and healthy. I also would love to get closer to God and learn about what kinds of relationships He wants me to have in my life.
— Hannah Lee, Sophomore
The Emotionally Healthy Relationships course has been teaching me so much! It can be awkward at points to practice what I’m learning, but there’s no growth without a little discomfort. I’m very excited for how this class will help me build relationships—platonic, romantic, or familial—that are more healthy in the future.
— Felicity Huffstedtler, Senior

EvenPsalm

Led by Tara Koski, the Women’s Ministry started hosting monthly gatherings providing time in Scripture, prayer, and small group sharing.

At this time in my life, I have a deep desire and need for a space of quiet contemplation and prayer. EvenPsalm will provide a time of stillness before God and with other women of All Souls.
