Emotionally Healthy Relationships

Healthy relationships don’t happen automatically.

Most of us were never taught how to communicate honestly, speak for ourselves, handle conflict well, or stay connected under stress. Instead, we fall into patterns of avoidance, anxiety, defensiveness, anger, or emotional distance.

The Emotionally Healthy Relationships Course helps you break unhealthy cycles and build deeper, healthier connections with God, yourself, and others.

Learn practical tools to:
• identify and strengthen your God given voice
• communicate clearly and honestly
• navigate conflict in healthy ways
• understand emotional triggers and family patterns
• listen well and connect more deeply
• grow in emotional and spiritual maturity

If you want healthier friendships, marriage, family relationships, tools for the workplace and neighborhood, or simply a healthier inner life, this course is for you.
