ANNUAL
REPORT
Who are we becoming?
A Letter from Lead Pastor, Steven Good
Dear All Souls,
It remains one of my greatest honors to serve and shepherd this community. As I reflect on the past year, I’m filled with gratitude for the ways God has been at work among us, quietly and powerfully shaping our life together.
2024-2025 saw steady growth in the depth and breadth of our community life. From baptisms and the welcome of new members to the continued faith of long-standing friends, we remain a church rooted in Scripture, shaped by practice, and sustained by a shared hope. I couldn’t be more proud of the ways each member of our staff has led with creativity and care.
You’ll find in this report plenty of helpful data—attendance, giving, participation—but behind every number is a story. You’ll hear a few of those stories in the accompanying videos, where members of our community reflect on how grace, rest, engagement, contribution, and reconciliation are shaping their lives. These aren’t just aspirational values—they’re lived realities.
Our Community Groups continue to thrive. We have over 140 people meeting regularly across the city to pursue spiritual formation through shared practices and mutual care. Through Emotionally Healthy Spirituality courses, Men’s and Women’s gatherings, and the addition of Adult Formation on Sunday Morning, we are leaning into our session’s desire to become a congregation more deeply committed to discipleship. This year, we also launched Alpha, an experience designed for those who are exploring faith and the big questions of life. We are grateful for the ways the Spirit led our team through this endeavor and are highly anticipatory for how it will shape and change us in the years to come.
Our ministry with children and youth remains vibrant. Middle School continues to be a place of deep engagement and spiritual growth, and our renewed Sunday evening youth group has helped ground our students in rhythms of community and faith. This year also saw the launch of our first communion class, helping some of our youngest make a profession of faith and step more meaningfully into participation in our life together.
I’m also encouraged by the spirit of generosity that marks our congregation. More than half of our members now serve regularly—within our walls and beyond them. Our justice and mercy initiatives have expanded, and our partnerships with local organizations continue to flourish, giving tangible expression to our desire to seek the good of our neighbors. Through your contributions, we were able to renovate our youth room, creating a more welcoming and flexible space for gathering. That we were able to complete this work while staying within our budget is a testament to God’s work in you.
In all of this, I am reminded that what we do here matters—not just to us, but to the city around us. Thank you for the ways you continue to show up, offer your gifts, and follow Jesus together.
