Use Your Gifts to Serve Others

Practicing the way of Jesus leads us to love and serve each other. By joining a volunteer team, you not only contribute to the All Souls community but also have the chance to build meaningful relationships and discover your unique gifts.

There are numerous opportunities to serve, both on Sundays and throughout the week. From investing in children and brewing coffee to running slides, there’s a place for you to belong and make a difference!

Volunteer on Sundays

  • Our hope is that everyone who walks through our doors experiences the warm welcome of Jesus embodied by our Hospitality Team. Join us in helping people feel at home through

    • Greeting

    • Coffee

    • Communion Preparation

  • If you enjoy meeting new people and answering questions, the Information Desk could be the perfect fit for you! Volunteers at the Information Desk assist families with signing their children into the Realm check-in system for ASF Kids and Nursery.

  • From the start of their lives, we aim to care for each child in a way that helps them understand that God created and loves them. If you have a heart for infants and toddlers, we’re looking for you to assist our nursery caregivers once or twice a month on Sunday mornings.

  • What a blessing it is to be part of a child’s spiritual growth and love for Christ. If you have a passion for teaching or discipling children, we’d love for you to join us. ASF Kids volunteers serve twice a month during the 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM service.

In addition, every summer, there are many opportunities to serve during VBS!

  • On Sundays during the 10:45 AM service, our Middle and High School students gather for games, Biblical discussion, and fellowship. We’re looking for adults who are willing to hang out and help lead these discussions.

  • The goal of our Worship & Production team is to create a meaningful environment where people can experience God’s presence and connect with others. There are several ways to get involved in Sunday Morning Worship:

    • Liturgy

    • Prayers of the People

    • Worship Band

    • ProPresenter Slides

    • Live Stream

    • Sound

Outside of Sunday Mornings

  • Alpha provides a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds and beliefs to explore the basics of Christianity and ask life’s big questions. We’re looking for hospitable individuals who are eager to listen and serve as table hosts.

  • Community Groups are small gatherings of 7-13 people that meet throughout the week, providing a space to build friendships and deepen spirituality within the rhythms of daily life. As our church continues to grow, we are always looking for individuals who are willing to lead new groups.

  • Our Youth Small Groups meet bi-weekly on Sunday nights at the church. If you have a heart for mentoring teenagers, consider becoming a Small Group Leader! You’ll have the opportunity to lead games, teach Bible lessons, facilitate discussions, and pray with students.

  • The Missions Team focuses on both local and global service. We meet once a month (on the last Monday) to pray for our local and global partners, review support requests, and plan church engagement service projects.

Mission Opportunities with our partners are posted each week in the eNews and Worship Guide.

  • The Race & Biblical Justice Team exists to advise and support the session, staff, and volunteer leaders of All Souls as we work to integrate racial reconciliation into our ongoing spiritual formation. We meet quarterly to pray and discern All Souls’ needs on the journey of racial and Biblical justice.
