Women's Study: Walking with Mary

Thursdays, November 2 - December 14 | 10:00 - 11:30 AM

Mary appears only a few times in the Bible, but those passages come at crucial moments. Even with her unique role as mother of God, Mary remains a woman we can relate to and from whom we have much to learn. In Walking with Mary: A Biblical Journey from Nazareth to the Cross, Edward Sri looks at the key passages in the Bible concerning Mary and offers insight into Mary’s life that we can apply to our daily lives. Join us for a six-week study as we look at the first several chapters of Walking with Mary to guide us through Mary’s important role in the Bible. (Please note: we won’t cram the whole book into 6 weeks. Instead of reading the entire thing, we’ll just look at the first few chapters leading up to the nativity).

We will discuss pgs 11-34 at our first meeting (The Intro, “Mary Walking with God,” and “In Her Shoes: The Original Mary”).
